Evergrowth Coaching Philosophy

August 30, 2023

Evergrowth Coaching is founded with the idea that we have infinite opportunities to grow. As coaches, it is our passion and dedication to facilitate that space for empowered growth to happen. On the other side, coaches are also committed to their own personal growth and facing their own fears.

Evergrowth Coaching is founded with the idea that we have infinite opportunities to grow. As coaches, it is our passion and dedication to facilitate that space for empowered growth to happen. On the other side, coaches are also committed to their own personal growth and facing their own fears.

Here are our main inspirations (the content of the coaching)

Goal and dream oriented

Much of our work will be guided by your personal and professional coaching goals. We think of goals as long term, and dream as something that’s akin to a further life vision. We are always pulling on the threads of the close targets guided by your bigger dream.

Mindfulness and embodiment

Mindfulness allows us to see the situation clearly and understand the nature of impermanence. In a fast-moving journey of an entrepreneur or creative mind, this often helps in restoring faith and peace. As for embodiment, we will focus on creating a deeper connection with your physical body. Your ability to tap into excitement and wind down stress are key to achieving any goal.

Battle-tested operational tactics

When Sabrina was Head of Coaching at Mochary Method, she saw how dozens of best-in-class tech companies and CEOs operate. She will be bringing frameworks and tactics from a consulting perspective, and encourage an open discussion about whether that fits your company or not. At the end of the session, you can expect operational deliverables and actions that you can implement to see lasting changes in your organization. Change is only possible if you follow through, and you will be kept accountable.

Insights and perspective shifts

Sometimes, a single perspective shift will change the rest of your life. We don’t just strive for actions, we will aim for those unlocks that start to shape your behaviors outside of coaching sessions.

Here are our core philosophies (the feel of the coaching)

Decade-long relationships

We like to see the coaching relationship as a start to a long friendship. We ask ourselves how we would treat each of our clients if we were to continue these relationships decades from now, long after coaching?

Best interest of the client

Client’s growth and best interest is the most important thing. This is something we hold dear when evaluating the impact of each coaching engagement. For example, we have referred clients out to other coaches and providers when we feel like their needs will be better served by others.

Coaching the whole leader

Most of our clients come to us with concrete business and operational pain points. We believe the best way to solve them is to coach the whole leader. We strive to understand their overall lives so we can best recommend tactics that would actually be energizing and sustainable.

Kindness and non-judgment first

Our coaching space is led with warmth and kindness. Our clients often feel like they have to take on the burden of the world. Even when they make mistakes, we try to empathize and understand their experience before moving forward. We make an effort to call out your self-judgment and blame.

Honest and opinionated reflections loosely held

We will offer honest and opinionated reflections whenever possible. At times, it may feel confronting to receive such direct feedback. However, we trust you to have the agency to only act on feedback that resonate with you and your organization. We welcome you to challenge and get curious about our feedback.

Challenge you to meet your edge

We will continuously challenge you to be right at your edge. This often excites those who are insatiable with growth, but it can also be deeply uncomfortable. Our work will be increasing your tolerance to discomfort so that you can make bolder decisions that serve your grand vision. This is why we invest so much in the relationship, trust, and kindness so that massive breakthroughs can happen safely.
